My husband and I just went to see "Horrible Bosses", the funniest movie I have ever seen!
The theater is brand new, is clean, and inviting.
There was a little confusion initially because there is no ticket window. We asked the young man at the concession stand where to buy tickets, and he replied "right here". I commented to my husband that I thought it was strange that there were no signs indicating to first time visitors where to purchase tickets. Some rude, snot-nosed teenage brats, Alex and Jill looked at each other, rolled their eyes, and literally laughed in my face. I could not find a manager, or an employee over the age of 16 anywhere in sight.
The theater itself had great seating, was very comfortable temperature wise, and not too loud or in-your-face.
The restrooms were nice and clean as well.
It was a pleasant experience, except the spoiled brats, Jill and Alex, who decided not to be helpful and explain where to purchase tickets, but to laugh at my first time experience (not knowing where to purchase the tickets) that made me nearly walk out the door.
Note to theater owners : Please put some kind of sign on the entrance door indicating that tickets are to be purchased at the front door.
Your confusion and humiliation tactics will result in your losing customers!
If I ever go back, and Jill or Alex are there, I will walk right out the door. Apparently, you do not know how to train 16-yr-old's into doing their job properly and HELPING the customers, not humilitating them!!
